Kurt Bowermaster

Kurt Bowermaster is a professional drummer and band leader based in Des Moines, Iowa.  He has extensive experience in most styles of music including all styles of jazz, classic rock, blues, Klezmer, and more. 

Kurt is the leader of Party Gras Classic Jazz Band (“The original New Orleans Party Music”) and The Downtowners (“High Energy Swing and All That Jazz”).  He is also first-call drummer for The Ballyhoo Foxtrot Orchestra, Java Jews, and other groups.
